Today, we received a huge victory for America's Constitutional rights. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled in our favor, striking down California's restrictive ammunition laws and declaring them unenforceable.
For years, Ammunition Depot has been at the forefront of the battle to protect the Second Amendment rights of Californians.
We fought alongside remarkable folks like the California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA) and Olympic gold medalist Kim Rhode to ensure that law-abiding citizens have the right to purchase ammunition without burdensome and unlawful hurdles.
This landmark decision sends a powerful message across the nation: the right to bear arms, including access to ammunition, is protected under the Constitution. No longer will California residents be forced to jump through bureaucratic hoops or be denied their constitutional rights under the guise of restrictive laws.

Simply put, Ammunition Depot and other retailers can now legally ship ammunition directly to California residents. Gone are the days when Californians had to undergo time-consuming background checks for every ammunition purchase.
