Buying online can be stressful, "what if I get the wrong caliber, will that mag fit my gun?" Well stress no more, at Ammunition Depot we accept returns for up to a 90 days! Just contact our customer service department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), we can even help you ship the products back to us! As long as the items are in saleable condition (if they look like they could be on a store shelf you have nothing to worry about) we will issue a refund or credit (your choice) once the products are received, reviewed, and checked back into stock.
Have products that are a little damaged? Give us a try! Contact our customer service department and we will review photos of the items and give an estimate of any restocking fees, if any. Once we receive the products we can give you a final restocking fee (based on the condition of the items) and then issue a refund or credit.
Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only (not including shipping). Any items that are sealed such as spam cans, certain battle packs, and “The Prepper” products are likely to have a restocking fee once opened unless the items are defective.
What about manufacturing defects? While the manufacturers want you to take it up with them, we don’t! Talking to manufacturers is frustrating and I promise we are better at it than you are. If you have a problem with any items you have purchased from us, please, tell us and let us deal with it, you have better things to do!

We can ship to companies in NY and CA registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 561-892-0334. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No magazines over 10 rounds can be shipped to NY or CA.
As ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight we do not ship outside the Contiguous United States, or any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping ammunition or other products.
Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am EST to 5pm EST.
All ammunition must be shipped via ground shipping according to federal law. Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders.
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy. Please see Terms and Conditions for further restrictions.
