On October 9, 2024, a tornado tore across Okeechobee County, Florida, cutting a path straight through Pine Creek Sporting Club.
The storm was part of a larger system spun off by Hurricane Milton, and it hit fast.
Buildings were leveled. Trees were downed. And inside one of those destroyed outbuildings sat a stockpile of 12 gauge shotgun shells and 28 gauge shotgun shells.

A Tornado Hits the Millionaires' Gun Club
Pine Creek Sporting Club is a private hunting community known for its five-star grounds, elite membership, and top-quality gear.
CNBC once called it the “Millionaires’ Gun Club,” and with good reason.
Founded by TV mogul Stephen Myers, the club counts icons like Jack Nicklaus among its members. The gun vault alone contains roughly 800 premium firearms, composed of collections worth more than most homes.
