The Taurus Model 92 is a clone of the Beretta model 92.
The Taurus is made with a drop hammer forged ordnance grade alloy frame which makes it fairly lightweight for it's size while retaining all of it's strength and rigidity.
Another great feature of the 92 is a three position frame mounted ambidextrous safety which functions more securely than a typical slide mounted safety.
This feature allows you to carry in a classic cocked and locked mode similar to a 1911, or you can utilize it as a decocker placing the firearm back into a double action mode.
With a 17 round magazine capacity, drift adjustable rear sight and accessory rail it's clear to see that the Taurus model 92 is head and shoulders above the competition.
