Berger Bullets
About Berger Bullets
Berger Bullets was founded in 1955 by Walt Berger, a competitive benchrest shooter who began making bullets in his garage because he was dissatisfied with the quality of commercially available bullets.
Walt started hand-making bullets in 1954 for his own competitive shooting and was inducted into the Benchrest Hall of Fame in 1982.
The company evolved through several ownership changes, joining the prestigious Nammo Group in 2017 alongside premium brands like Lapua and Vihtavuori.
Walt's motto "If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing right" became the company philosophy and set the standard for precision bullet manufacturing across the industry.
Today, Berger continues Walt's legacy from their Mesa, Arizona facility, maintaining their commitment to producing the world's most accurate bullets for target, hunting, and tactical applications.
