Tyrant Designs began as a state-of-the-art CNC machining shop serving aerospace and medical industries for almost 40 years before entering the firearms market.
The family-owned business was officially founded in 2015 when the son took over from his father as CEO and expanded into firearms accessories.
Frustrated with cheap overseas AR grips, the company leveraged their precision machining expertise to create the first skeletonized aluminum AR-15 grip.
