About Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition
Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition (GLFA) was founded in 2013 by Matthew Baker as a family-owned and operated firearm manufacturer in Sparta, Michigan.
The company began operations as a retail space but quickly identified an opening in the market for affordable and exciting AR-platform rifles.
GLFA evolved from a small retail operation to a well-respected manufacturing company with over 30 CNC machines running around the clock.
In 2021, the company completed major renovations, doubling their facility square footage and adding new retail storefront and corporate offices.
Today, GLFA remains committed to offering quality US-made firearms at a price point that every person can afford, backed by a lifetime warranty.
