XM855 NATO qualified round is manufactured by Israel Military Industries (IMI) and designed for 5.56 chambered rifles. This boxer-primed, brass cased ammunition features a heavier steel core ball projectile then the XM193, allowing for better penetration and improved accuracy. This is a perfect round for practice or against lightly armored targets.
