About Seekins Precision
Seekins Precision was founded in 2004 by Glen Seekins after a failed deer hunt in the Idaho backcountry where his scope rings failed during a shot at a trophy buck.
Unable to find a reliable solution on the market, Glen used his mechanical design background to create what would become the company's flagship product: SP Scope Rings.
Starting in Glen's garage designing and manufacturing scope rings, the business grew enough by 2005 for him to leave his day job as a mechanical designer.
The company expanded from scope rings to AR platforms and accessories, eventually adding Havak bolt-action rifle systems and operating from a 100,000-square-foot facility in Lewiston, Idaho.
In 2018, their SP10M rifle was chosen by USASOC (United States Army Special Operations Command) after extensive testing, scoring best in accuracy, longest barrel life, and softest shooting.
