About Inland Manufacturing

Inland Manufacturing, LLC was founded in 2013 in Dayton, Ohio, just two miles from the original Inland Division facility that produced nearly 3 million firearms during WWII.

The company was established under the leadership of Ron Norton with a commitment to provide the highest quality firearm-related products for practical shooting enthusiasts.

The original Inland Manufacturing Division was part of General Motors from 1941-1945, becoming one of the largest gun manufacturers in the US during WWII and producing approximately 2,632,097 M1 Carbines.

As the original Inland building was being demolished on March 24, 2014, the new Inland Manufacturing, LLC was being organized to continue the legendary legacy.

Today, the company honors the historical significance of the original designs while providing modern manufacturing quality and maintaining authentic WWII specifications.
