Fusion Firearms was founded in 2005 by master gunsmith and firearms industry veteran Bob Serva, with a vision to deliver custom-quality firearms and gunsmithing components to everyday shooters.

Headquartered in Venice, Florida, Fusion quickly made its mark by combining the precision of a custom shop with the accessibility of a modern manufacturing facility making high-end 1911s and performance rifle components available to a broader audience.

With more than 35 years of industry experience, including his tenure as president of Dan Wesson Firearms, where he helped launch the brand’s first 1911s - Serva brought both technical expertise and a deep passion for classic firearms to the foundation of Fusion.

The company began by crafting handcrafted 1911 pistols that blended traditional styling with modern performance and has since expanded to include complete firearms, parts kits, custom slides and frames, and rifle components.

Freedom Series - Government (GI)
A classic 1911 design updated with modern precision. This all-steel pistol features a solid steel frame, slide, and barrel CNC machined from billet bar-stock.

It boasts a black oxide finished barrel with a 1:16 twist rate for excellent accuracy and easy cleaning. The arched mainspring housing and premium red cocobolo exotic hardwood grips provide a timeless look. Available in .45ACP and 9MM calibers.

Freedom Series – Reaction
Designed for both action and defensive shooting, this full-size 5" government-style 1911 pistol is available in .45ACP, 10mm, and 9mm. It features a round top slide with aggressive "Sure-Grip" front and rear cocking serrations, an HD-chrome barrel with a 1:16 twist for excellent accuracy, and premium red cocobolo grips. The extended combat thumb safety and slide stop enhance security. ​

Freedom Series - Riptide-C
A compact 1911 pistol ideal for concealed carry. The Riptide-C features an all-steel construction with a precision CNC machined frame, slide, and barrel.

It comes with an HD Chrome barrel with a 1:16 twist for excellent accuracy and easy cleaning. The carry cut frame and premium red cocobolo exotic hardwood grips enhance concealability and style. Available in .45ACP, 10MM, and 9MM calibers. ​

Liberty Series – Basking
A versatile pump-action shotgun designed for all-weather conditions. The Basking model features an 18.5” barrel with choke tubes, a rugged high-grade polymer butt-stock, and an accessory-ready forend.

It includes adjustable sights with side guards and a ramped fiber-optic front sight for quick acquisition. Ideal for hunting or 3-gun matches. ​

Liberty Series – Blacktip
A smooth-feeding semi-automatic, magazine-fed shotgun suitable for recreational shooting, hunting, or competitive matches. The Blacktip comes standard with a 5-round magazine, with options for 2 and 10-round magazines.

It features a polymer over-molded rubber pistol grip buttstock with an adjustable cheekpiece for a comfortable fit.
