The FX-9 upholds extreme reliability with a wide range of ammo, including many hollow point designs for self-defense and full metal jacket. Non-jacketed ammunition is not recommended as unprotected lead can cause fouling and buildups that plated and jacketed bullets do not. Avoid using aluminum case ammunition or the brand Zinc Point ammunition, as it may cause damage to the FX-9 and void the warranty. Designed to be completely modular, the FX-9 can be outfitted with any Freedom Ordnance barrel length and customized with a nearly endless amount of AR-15 accessories, allowing for any configuration needed for your next mission.

Made in the USA, the FX-9 represents freedom to the extreme. The sling models feature a QD receiver end plate designed with quarter-turn rotational over-travel stops and a heavy-duty 1.5 adjustable polyester sling. These models also include a faux suppressor and a foam buffer tube cover. Because this model is braceless, it does not fall under NFA guidelines. With a semi-auto action, 9mm caliber, 8" barrel length, and a capacity of 32+1, the FX-9 is both reliable and affordable.
