The Glock 44, chambered in 22 Long Rifle, uses a completey polymer magazine. This is a departure from their traditional metal-lined polymer magazines which are known around the world for their incredible durability. Glock promises that these rimfire magazines will perform just as reliably, from the first shot to the last. Also new for Glock is the spring tension assist, which can take the effort out of loading the magazine. This tension assist feature provides a "window" in the side of the magazine which can help show you at a glance if a magazine is nearly full or empty. The magazine is completed with a metal spring for reliable feeding, a black follower, and enlarged floorplates.
