A young and powerful cartridge, only recently created in the mid-90's. Specialized agencies all over the United States have adopted this unique cartridge, from the Secret Service to the Texas Rangers. It was created to match the power and speed of the .357 magnum while still being able to feed in from a magazine in a semi-auto pistol, providing much better ballistic capability than other magazine fed pistols with similar or better capacity. A 9mm projectile fits into the necked down 40 S&W case, to create a very distinct and high powered pistol cartridge.
