• Standard: UPS Ground and USPS (excludes ammo and firearms)
• Less Than Truckload (LTL) Shipping: Perfect for larger, heavier shipments that don't require a full truckload. LTL shipping allows you to transport smaller loads efficiently and cost-effectively, with the option to share truck space with other shipments.
• Full Truckload (FTL) Shipping: Ideal for bulk orders or large, high-priority deliveries that require the entire space of a truck. FTL shipping ensures your goods are transported directly and efficiently, with no shared space, reducing handling and transit times.
  
  

Program Eligibility

• Address Verification: Our team will validate that your shipping address is publicly verifiable.
• Program Application: For tax exemptions, please complete the Wholesale Contact Form to verify eligibility or call (800) 518-9180 if you are not tax exempt.
  
  

Returns

• Damaged Goods: Claim damaged-in-transit items within 7 days of delivery.
• All Wholesale sales are final, except for damaged products.

• Order Release: Orders are typically processed and released within 3 business days of cleared payment.

Inventory Policy

• Payment Required: Inventory will not be held without a payment being processed or completed.
• Holding Terms: Inventory can be held / reserved for five business days with a nonrefundable deposit.
