Standard Parcel Shipping

• UPS Ground and USPS for eligible products, where allowed by law and carrier rules.

Less Than Truckload (LTL) Shipping

• Ideal for larger, heavier shipments that do not require a full truck.
• LTL lets you ship smaller loads efficiently, with the option to share truck space

Full Truckload (FTL) Shipping

• Best for bulk orders or high priority deliveries that fill a truck.
• FTL keeps your shipment dedicated, reduces handling, and helps control transit times.

Your representative will provide an estimated rate and delivery window before you commit.

Shipping Time

• Transit time depends on your location and chosen carrier
• Your representative will review timing with you in advance

Payment Methods

• Wire transfer or bank transfer
• Credit card is accepted, with transaction fees that may apply

Inventory Holds

• Inventory is not held without payment
• With a nonrefundable deposit, inventory can be reserved for five business days

Returns

• Damaged in transit items can be claimed within seven days of delivery
• All wholesale sales are final except for damaged products
