About Live Free Armory

Live Free Armory was founded by Chris Riedeman, a U.S. Army veteran, former law enforcement officer, and competitive rifle shooter.

Around 2013, Chris became frustrated because he couldn't find an accurate AR-10 rifle in .308 that didn't break the bank, so he set off to build an MOA rifle at a reasonable price.

Using his inner circle of friends as his first customer base, Chris turned his idea into a business in 2014.

The company gained crucial manufacturing expertise when aerospace engineer Colby Santaw joined the team, bringing experience from working directly with Ruger and Sig Sauer.

Today, Live Free Armory operates as an ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 compliant manufacturer serving over 100 companies as an OEM partner while producing their own Apollo and Falcon series pistols.
