Kel-Tec 223/5.56 16" 10+1 (Semiauto) SU16CBLK

The SU-16A is a gas-operated, semi-auto loading rifle chambered in 5.56 mm NATO caliber, designed as the ideal sport and utility rifle for every enthusiast. Featuring a 1:9" RH twist, this versatile firearm boasts a chrome-lined bore and chamber, along with an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting various sight systems. The forend folds down to form a bipod for enhanced accuracy, while the stock can store spare magazines, accommodating either two 10-round magazines or one 20/30 round magazine. The stock and trigger mechanism can be folded forward for added safety and secure storage or carry under extreme conditions. Constructed primarily from high-impact reinforced polymer, except for the barrel and operating components, the SU-16A is built for durability and reliability.

The SU-16B "Bravo" model retains all the features of the original SU-16, including the integrated bipod, Picatinny rail, and rotating stock with magazine storage. It has a lighter and shorter barrel but maintains the chrome-lined bore and chamber. The SU-16C "Charlie" model also retains most features of the original SU-16, including AR-15/M-16 magazine compatibility and an integrated bipod. The front sight is integrated into the gas block, utilizing an AR-15/M-16 style front sight post for elevation adjustments. The SU-16C features a true folding stock that allows firing with the stock folded, along with a reciprocating dust cover and a case-deflecting operating handle. The medium-weight barrel is 16" long, threaded 1/2x28 TPI at the muzzle, and has a chrome-lined bore and chamber, complemented by a parkerized finish with black polymer components.

The SU-16CA is a hybrid of the SU-16C and SU-16A rifles, featuring the same 16-inch barrel with a chrome-lined bore and chamber and 1/2-28 threads as the C model. It combines all features from the C model with the stock of the A model. The SU-16CA comes with two 10-round magazines that store in the stock and retains all the parkerized parts of the C model. Like the A model, the SU-16CA can be folded for storage and will not fire in the folded position, making it compliant with most state regulations that still have an "assault weapons ban."
