About Desert Tech
Desert Tech was founded in 2007 as Desert Tactical Arms by Nicholas Young, who was frustrated with existing precision rifles that were long, heavy, and poorly balanced.
Young established the company in West Valley City, Utah, with a mission to build better rifle systems that were off-the-shelf accurate, significantly shorter and lighter, with built-in ergonomics.
The company started with Young and a three-man team designing revolutionary bullpup rifles without traditional engineering backgrounds, focusing on solving real-world problems shooters faced.
Desert Tech's innovations in bullpup design have been game-changing, with their SRS rifles catching the attention of US SOCOM and revolutionizing sniper rifle requirements.
Today, Desert Tech continues to lead the precision rifle industry with their compact, lightweight, multi-caliber rifle systems used by military, law enforcement, and civilian shooters worldwide.
