AMMOSHIELD™ extends the manufacturer's warranty for original owners, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

• This warranty automatically terminates upon the transfer of ownership of the product to any individual or entity other than the original purchaser or upon the death of the original purchaser.
• This warranty is only valid for purchases made at Ammunition Depot.
• Ammunition Depot shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage.
• The customer acknowledges that firearms and ammunition involve inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for their safe handling, storage, and use.

• For damaged parts, we will prioritize repair or replacement whenever feasible. Refunds will be considered if repair or replacement is not possible. In such cases, refunds will be based on the lesser of the original purchase price or the current market value of the repaired or replaced product.
• Ammunition refunds will be prorated based on the amount returned and the original purchase price, excluding any damage caused by the ammunition.
• Product Value Decline: Excluding ammunition, the value of products may decline by up to 5% per year based on Ammunition Depot's assessments and analysis. This decline in value will be taken into account when determining refunds or replacement values.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our returns team at [email protected] and provide a copy of your original purchase receipt, clear photos of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue.

• We recommend submitting claims within one year of discovering the defect.

Our team will carefully evaluate your claim and may consult with the manufacturer if necessary. We will strive to process your claim within 20 business days.

Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.

• You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product to us.
