Great ammo at a great price!
For defensive ammo Hydra-Shok is the way to go. For superior penetration and expansion you can't beat them. You get 50 rounds in a box not 20 or 25.

Not for me, but maybe someone else
After purchasing a Springfield RO 1911-A1 9mm, I decided to run several different bullet weights through it, for comparison and quality of shot. This included the Federal 115gr, 124gr, 124+P and the 147, Hornady Critical Duty 135gr+P and Blaser 115gr. The only ammo I had any issues with was P9HST2 147 grain, which had several failure to feed issues and 1 Failure to eject. I did not conclude if it was do to case length, the lower muzzle velocity, or the gun spring weights, but I have chosen not to use this ammo in the future.
