Great shooting ammunition at the best price I have found anywhere. Quite low recoil but hits hard. Running side by side with a suppressed GLOCK 21 using ,45cap 230 ball. The 209 grain aac from a 7.5" pistol hits harder rings steel louder and knocks peppers down better.
