Elk Ridge ER-A004BW Pakkawood Spring Assisted Folding Knife - Black
This blade, when locked open, is 8 1/4"overall. The blade itself is 3 1/2" of black coated stainless steel. The dark stained pakkawood handle has deep finger grooves for a tight grip, and also featurs a black metal belt/pocket clip. This folding knife has an assisted open feature, allowing you to flick it open extremely quickly.

Great blade!
I'm a knife guy, I've got individual knives worth over $300 and I have to say this one impressed me especially for the cost. It holds an edge well, feels great in the hand, light weight, very durable and feels like and much more expensive knife. Unfortunately it was misplaced (or grew legs) so I have to get another one, think I'll order 3 this time so I have extras. Highly recommend!
