This Bear Creek Arsenal Complete Upper Assembly has a 16" 4150 mid weight parkerized barrel, 1:8 twist rate and a 12" mlok rail. This complete upper receiver is chambered in .223 Wylde and machined with M4 feed ramps (both in the upper receiver and barrel extension) and comes with a BCA BCG and charging handle.
