I think the law enforcement HSTs have about the best QC there is. Beautifully sealed primers, finish is always flawless. If it looks that good, I bet they loaded it right. HST is consistently tested at/near the top of the class and I’ve carried it for years.

Have not run any of my own tests to observe expansion but everything I've read tells me this is a top defensive round. No functioning issues is my weapons with this round. Many police agencies where I live use Federal.
