Federal is now manufacturing the Independence brand in the USA. The Independence line of ammunition is manufactured using modern processes and components that yield a quality product ideal for target practice and recreational shooting. Independence loads offer consistent performance at a very competitive price. Independence ammunition features fully reloadable, newly manufactured brass cases, non corrosive primers and full metal jacket bullets. The casings used for the Independence line are overrun from other Federal products and may be either brass or nickel-plated brass.

Made by Federal Ammo -- this is good stuff
This is made by Federal and I can't ell the difference between this and Blaser or any of their other 9mm. Cheap too. Very reliable like all Federal ammo.
