Glock Factory G20 10mm Gen 4 15 Round Magazine

Great upgrade for my Glock 29. Even better is how great the customer service of this company is. I recently ordered 4 of these and after confirmation was notified that inventory was not accurate and only 1 magazine could be filled. Customer service said they would ship the 1 magazine and credit me back for the other 3. A few days later I get another email stating that the 1 I thought I would be getting was also not actually in stock. Instead of just making up excuses and apologizing, the customer service rep said that she would have four magazines shipped to me from their incoming stock order without any additional charges and that they were sorry for the mix-up in their inventory. A few weeks later, I received the magazines as promised. So in the end, I received the four magazines I originally wanted but only paid for one. We all know mistakes happen but it is how their handled that matters. Ammunition Depot not only puts forth the effort to make things right, but they also do their best to keep customers - something rare in today's business practices.
