THIS IS "ONE" OF THE BEST AMMO YOU CAN BUY !!!
This is ONE of the BEST DEFENSE AMMO You can get, the other is WINCHESTER T-SERIES 147 Grain LE AMMO !!! The Only Problem with this Ammo is that It's VERY HARD TO FIND.
I use this Ammo or the WIN. in the Cold Weather Months and use Federal Premium HST "MICRO" or REGULAR(not +P) FEDERAL PREMIUM 147 gr. HST For SMALL BARRELS In the SUMMER !!! I Use a BERETTA M9A3 in Black in the WINTER and a SIG SAUER P365 FOR CARRY and in the SUMMER.
YOU CAN TRUST FEDERAL PREMIUM OR FEDERAL TACTICAL TO DEFEND YOU AND YOUR FAMILY !!! THIS IS THE "BOMB" OF AMMO AND I'D USE IT NO MATTER THE COST !!!

Great round in my Kahr PM9
This is my carry load for my Kahr PM9 and it works flawlessly. Have over 100 rd of HST 147 grain without a hitch, but I have over 500 rd of various white box without a failure of any kind. The HST is nearly an Ideal round for the 3" barreled Kahr.

FYI - Discontinued
Do to the success of the standard pressure version of this round, Federal has discontinued the +P variant of the 147 grain HST. If you find it, buy it, because you won't find it anymore unless it is LEO trade in or someone is selling their private stock.
