These 45 Long Colt rounds also utilize the Hi-Tek™ polymer coating around their lead core instead of copper or metal, which keeps your barrel and weapon free of metallic build-up and helps cut down on the lead fouling that traditional raw-lead 45 LC rounds create. The polymer coating is also much less abrasive in your barrel and against the rifling, which effectively extends the life of your barrel.
