Federal American Eagle 38 Special 130 Grain FMJ

I like the "American Eagle" brand by Federal. As you would expect from an American company that has been around since the middle of the 19th century, they offer a line of products that are smooth cycling, clean burning and accurate. Additanally, as we have come to expect from "Ammunition Depot", we get premium ammunition at fantastic prices. My Smith & Wesson 4006 (an all stainless semiautomatic with a 4" barrel), cycles these offerings by Federal and most by "Winchester" well. For training ammo, I keep to the same bullet weight and, when possible, a blunt nosed bullet, as they best simulate the recoil and accuracy of the hollow points I carry in my weapon. There is a need to first, find the premium ammunition that has all the charactoristics that meet our needs in a defencive ammunition, then second, find a good match in a training ammo. Doing any of these steps any a diferent order and your just mking noise and poking holes. For some, that's enough, put for us who train to survive, we demand more and with the help of our friends at "AmmoDepot", we will have the correct ammunition for both uses at prices that leave enough left to go to the range!.
