Terms and Conditions

All customers must agree to Ammunition Depot statements and terms of sale before order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by Amdep Holdings, LLC. For orders over $5,000.00 please call ahead and get approval from Amdep Holdings, LLC. 

Customer Acknowledges:

Customer acknowledges that Ammunition Depot is the trade name for Amdep Holdings, LLC and any reference to Ammunition Depot is also a reference to Amdep Holdings, LLC. Customer agrees that any credit card charges will be in the name of Amdep Holdings, LLC.

Customer Affirms:

1. I am currently twenty-one (21) years old or older

2. By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Ammunition Depot is not violating any state or local law or ordinance

3. I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year

4. I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind

5. I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance

6. I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind

7. I am not an illegal or unlawful alien

8. I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind

9. I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship

10. I am currently not subject to any restraining order

11. I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence

Shipping Restrictions

I understand that Ammunition Depot does not ship outside the continental United States.

The following additional restrictions apply:

AK: No ammo.

CA: No ammo to Los Angelos, Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, Napa County, San Francisco County

DC: No ammo.

HI: No ammo.

MA: No ammo.

NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card faxed or scanned and emailed to us on file BEFORE ordering.

NY: No ammo to New York City.

We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled and I will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee.

Order Cancellation by Customers

Once shipped, all orders are final - if an order has not yet been shipped, there will be a 5% restocking fee. If for any reason a shipped order must canceled, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation by Ammunition Depot

Ammunition Depot reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer has not abided by our Terms and Conditions. In the event that we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amount of the purchase less up to 10% of the total purchase amount.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances other than in the case of defective merchandise and all returns will be subject to manufacturer approval. All sales are final and made without explicit or implied warranty of merchantability or otherwise. Any manufacturer approved defective merchandise will be replaced with the identical undamaged product or products.

Personal Information

Ammunition Depot will never provide any customer personal information to any third party under any circumstance. We may contact you via email with Ammunition Depot offers. If you do not want to be contacted by us via email you may decide to opt out of our email list at any time.

Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation

In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend Amdep Holdings, LLC (DBA Ammunition Depot) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Assumption of Shipping Liability

Ammunition Depot ships exclusively through UPS. Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Ammunition Depot from all liability and responsibility thereafter.

Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend

Ammunition Depot is a retailer of products that are designed, manufactured, and tested by other companies. By placing an order with Ammunition Depot, I explicitly agree to release Ammunition Depot and Amdep Holdings, LLC from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Amdep Holdings, LLC, I will indemnify and pay to defend Amdep Holdings, LLC (DBA Ammunition Depot) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Jurisdiction

In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Amdep Holdings, LLC or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Palm Beach County, Florida. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Palm Beach County, Florida and I agree to reimburse Amdep Holdings, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Palm Beach County, Florida.
